NEW FORMAT!   THERAPEUTIC AGILITY - BUILDING CONFIDENCE WITH AGILITY
 
Similar to our previous "Confidence Class" but with a focus toward VALOR Agility.

For:                Dogs who exhibit "stress" behavior around people, other dogs, new environments, new things & sounds, etc.   Assessment and Pre-requisite Skills required.


Level 1

When:   Sundays 6:00 - 7:00PM, begins May 19, 2013, runs 7 weeks.

  Topics Include:         
Understanding Aggression and Fear / Stress in Dogs, Canine Communication, Preventing,  Modifying, and Managing Aggression, Fear & Anxiety, How Dogs Learn,  Foundation Skills. 


Goals Include:             
Building Trust & Teamwork between human and dog.
Increasing Confidence and Decreasing Stress, Fear & Anxiety - on *both* ends of the leash. 
Earning Titles in VALOR Agility!


                                                  

                
    PRIVATE SESSIONS FOR BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION

     For teams wanting one-on-one assistance with topics such as: Storm & Noise Phobias, Separation Anxiety, Compulsive Behavior, etc.  

     For Modification of Aggressive and/or Fearful Behavior toward People and/or Dogs, please see our New
     Classes for Cautious Canines and Reactive Rover described above.

              Rate:           $40        per hour, pay as you go
                                $150       4 hour package
                                $240       8 hour package

            Includes:    i)   Completion and Analysis of Behavior and Background questionnaire,
                             ii)  SMART DOGS Training & Behavior Modification Manual,
                             iii) Karen Pryor Clicker Training i-click Clicker,
                             iv) Recommendations and Discussion of Topics including:
             Understanding Aggression and Fear / Stress in Dogs / Canine Communication / Preventing, Modifying, and
             Managing Aggression, Fear & Anxiety / How Dogs Learn / Foundation Skills,
                                  and
                             v)  Referral/Summary to Veterinarian if necessary.


      IN-HOME PRIVATE SESSIONS AVAILABLE ON A LIMITED BASIS.  Rate is $75 an Hour.
