SMART DOGS is pleased to be in a period of transition and expansion! For several years, SMART DOGS has provided the Van Buren/Ft Smith, Arkansas area with Professional, Private, In-Home Dog Training and Behavior Consultation services. Our soon-to-be completed SMART DOGS Training Facility (comprising a 2,400 sq ft Indoor Training Classroom and a large fenced Training Field for outdoor activities) will allow us to offer you and your Dogs a wide range of Group Classes, Workshops and Seminars. We will also offer On-Site Private Training.
Construction of the Training Facility is very exciting and is also an exercise in patience. It is difficult to predict precisely when the project will be completed but we hope the Training Building will be in operation by early/mid October. * 08/27/2010 building update - The 40 x 60 x 12 building structure has been finished! We're now awaiting the electrical and interior work, then the ground work and fencing. We are one more step closer to having our WONDERFUL new Training Facility for You and your Dogs to Enjoy! "Thank You" for your continued support and understanding during this construction project. Those of you on our Waiting List will be contacted when the first schedules are drawn up. *
* 07/16/2010 construction update - The slab was poured today! The building will start going up in about a week. After that, the electrical goes in, fence goes up, etc.
* 05/22/2010 update on the SMART DOGS Training Building - weather has the Builder behind schedule.
